The Hunt of a Lifetime Foundation is a nonprofit charity that arranges and pays for dream hunting and fishing trips for boys and girls 21
and under with a life threatening, critical or terminal disease or sickness.

All Guides, Outfitters, Taxidermists, and Meat Processors that have donated services and would like a receipt can obtain one by printing, filling out and mailing the
above form. - Thank You
Guides and Outfitters: Our Arizona Program is expanding and we need your help!
If you are already on our list and will be available to guide one of our hunts this fall (2007) please call or email Terry Petko to let him know what dates
you have open and he will try to work one of our hunters into your schedule.
If you are a Registered Guide or Outfitter, you can volunteer to guide one of
our hunts. For new Guide and Outfitter inquiries, please contact either Don Martin or Terry Petko today to receive your guide application and have your name
added to our 'Guide List'.

Taxidermy - Wildlife Artistry: Your talents are much needed! McKenzie will supply the needed forms free of charge, tanning is
taken care of through our National Taxidermy Coordinator - Randy Mitchell, and the shipping of the finished trophy is also covered.
There is very little (if any) out-of-pocket expense to the Taxidermist. Your gifts of time and artistry are priceless!

and have your name added to our list of Taxidermy - Wildlife Artists.
Grocery Store Gift Cards (help supply the hunting camp with food stuffs) and Resturant Gift Cards have
helped provide meals for our hunters.
You can offer to provide lodging for one of our hunters and his/her family (usually one parent) in your home...or sponsor the hunter
at a near by hotel/motel.
Sporting Goods gift certificates come in handy, for those last minute items.
Donating "frequent flyer miles" to help pay a youth's airfare is popular.
In addition:
We are looking for Local Vendors willing to donate camo hats, camo dress shirts, or tshirts. We would like to have the Arizona Chapter Logo embroidered or silk screened onto these items.
